Hello,
During challenging and stressful times our mental and physical health is very important. Women need to practice self care so that they can care for themselves and loved ones. If you do not care for you, how are you going to care properly for others? Your skin and hair are often the first to show the effects of not practicing self care. We often see signs in our hair such as excessive hair shedding and patchy hair loss. Skin changes could show up as inflammation, acne, boils, cysts and uneven pigmentation. Sometimes our digestive system show signs such as IBS and constipation.
Spring is the time for new birth. The bible speaks about the season of change. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted. A time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up..." (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8) I believe now is the time for many of us to heal from our mental and physical trauma. I feel that God is saying that we need to come together right now. Share with one another and help each other heal.
Have a blessed day,
