Dr. Parker's New Book-Paperback

This is a very good book. It explains the different forms of hair loss. I also loved reading Dr. Parker’s story. I also like that she used her own clients' stories to show how she helped them. I just wished this book was cheaper or I would have ordered more.

I absolutely loved this book. It is a great hair loss guide filled with knowledge to help not only your hair but your overall health. Some of my favorite chapters were Mama’s story (Ch.22) It reminded me of my own daughter Jackie. I also liked Ashley’s story on PCOS (Ch.13)and her postpartum hair loss experience. I really loved the chapter on herbs (Ch.24) and it taught me a lot about how to use herbs to help a variety of issues. I also enjoyed the chapter on Perimenopause and Stress. I will be purchasing 2 more books to share with my family and friends.

I greatly appreciate the time and energy that Dr Georgia Parker has devoted to developing this amazing book that is a wonderful guide to all things healthy hair which also translates to a healthy mind soul and body. The information is easy to understand and transfer to good routine for any stage of your hair journey. I sincerely hope everyone has an opportunity to get this amazing information this book has to offer. It will change your life. I absolutely loved this book by Dr. Georgia Parker. I was not sure why I was losing my hair. I have gone to see numerous doctors to help me with my hair loss. The scalp injections they gave me did not help me. It made my condition worse. After following some her recommendations, my hair is not shedding anymore, and it is growing in much thicker. Thank you for all you do to help women like me.

I loved reading this book since I have struggled with traction alopecia for years. I regularly wear tight braids and have experienced traction and alopecia areata. I really enjoy reading your chapter that focused on my specific hair loss. Not only did you explain the different forms of hair loss that I had, but you touched on others I didn't know about like CCCA. I really liked reading your personal story and I will be sharing this book with others. I no longer wear my braids, and my hair is growing in on the sides thanks to the Ashley Lauren brand for helping my hair. Please don't wait get this book now it will improve not only your hair but your overall health.

LOVED THIS BOOK! If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of hair loss this is the book for you. I will use this book as a reference tool for my hair and to maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit. I read it cover to cover twice. I've highlighted areas and made my own notes on the side about the chapters I liked. It is more than a hair loss guide, the personal stories such as Mama's story reminded me of my own family. I have recommended it to all my friends.
